Allen Dale
Senior Vice President for T.W. Steel Corp. since 2002. He has 25 years with our company, first as an Iron worker, 10 years as field superintendent, before his promotion to senior vice president. Allen possesses a keen grasp of management functions such as Estimating, Detailing, Purchasing, Project Management, Quality, and Accounting.
Jerry Harbaugh
Company Estimator since 1999, he has 35 years estimating experience beginning with Interstate Welding and Fabrication in Terra Haute, Indiana. Jerry has been an estimator for Schuff Steel, J. Wallace Enterprises, and Skyline Steel prior to his joining T.W. Steel Corp.
Tony Sanchez
Vice President of Facilities and Process Engineering since 1999. He joined T.W. Steel Corp. already possessing twelve years of mechanical, welding, and electrical maintenance experience. Highly computer literate and analytical, he programs automated flame and plasma cutting processes, designs fixturing, and optimizes the plant layout. Tony has been instrumental in plant expansion such as the 7000 square foot steel detail processing addition to the shop. Recent improvements include his acquiring and implementing the CNC beam sawing and drilling line, beam press, CNC plasma torch table, CNC bending brake, band saw, and floor standing drill.
Jim Scott
Procurement Manager since 1997 after a 32 year career with LTV Steel in mill production equipment maintenance and overhaul machining. He advanced from apprentice to Ohio State certified machinist and 1st class machinist at LTV, then to machine shop supervisor, and ultimately to manager of maintenance planning and scheduling.
Mike Waits
Project Manager since 2006, he brought nineteen years in steel fabrication, supervision, program management, bidding, and estimating experience with him from Milling Machinery of Mesa, Arizona. Mike has managed projects as large as four million dollars.
Gordon Miller
Production Manager since 1998, and has nine years in steel fabrication with Evans Steel, United Steel Fabrication, and B&K Steel prior to starting at T.W. Steel Corp. He has four years additional experience with Teledyne Brown in ASME Boiler Code (Sec. III) nuclear power plant structural support fabrication.
Greg Clement
Quality Manager who has been with T.W. Steel Corp. for 2 years. He has an A.S.U. undergraduate degree in manufacturing engineering with emphasis on welding engineering and process automation. Six year AWS Certified Weld Inspector, and eighteen year SME Certified Manufacturing Engineer. Eight years experience inspecting welding, machining, and fabrication and NDE to ANST-TC-1A, AWS D1.1, API 1101, and ASME Sections I, V, and VIII for Combustion Engineering and Western Technologies. Greg has 18 years in aerospace, defense, and telecom as a manufacturing, industrial, and welding engineer for Allied Signal Aerospace, Boeing Helicopter, Unidynamics, Pacific Scientific, and Corning Gilbert Microwave.
Tom Anderson
Field Erection Superintendent since 1997, Tom has been with T.W. Steel Corp since 1987, where he has been a custom fabricator, crane operator, and working field foreman. Prior to his hiring at T.W. , he had thirteen years of experience at Cen/Weld in Ohio as a machinery prototyping welder-mechanic-engineering technician on specialized government and commercial projects.
